These guys were here when we needed them. We called at 3:30pm and they met us right on time at 4pm. They loaded the truck quickly and efficiently. Very satisfied and highly recommend!

The Dream Team provides amazing, efficient customer service. The team was available last minute. As we all know moving is a very stressful time and these gentleman went above and beyond and took excellent care of my elderly client in her time of need.

I have used these guys 5 or 6 times. They have filled boxes, loaded my U-haul rental trucks, cleaned up my yard, painted inside and outside, cleaned my garages. They have been great. We did have an issue about painting (thus 4 stars). However we reached an amicable solution and I will hire them again! They are quick, fun to work with and willing to resolve a problem in a fair and equitable manner. Give them a try!

Positive: Punctuality, Responsiveness
Efficient scheduling and good dealings with Chaz. The job turned out well, but there were some oddities:
1) One of the men sat while the others worked and did very little.
2) Two of them took rocks from our yard. When I asked Chaz about that, he apologized, said they wanted them for 'rock collections,' and that he would discuss not taking items from customer property in the future. I don't care about the rocks, but it was strange.
3) There were 'hidden fees' at the end that were not discussed up front.
4) It was obvious that they slowed down at the end to get past the half-hour mark and round up to charge the whole hour.
5) They did some work in flower beds that I asked them not to touch.
I would probably hire them again, but I think I would need to be more hands-on to ensure the correct work is being done.

Chaz really was a life saver. My wife and I moved to Kennewick WA from Sacramento for my work and the process to get here was a nightmare and plans needed to be changed last minute. Chaz was very accommodating and was able to assist with a last minute schedule change that was also after normal business hours. Without his help my wife and I would still be in a bind. I truly appreciate the assistance and will definitely use their services again in the future.
